Register to Access ClerkNet
Once an Attorney has an active e-filing account, that attorney is eligible for access to ClerkNet, an internet-accessible, secure website to view public case files, excluding confidential files. To request access to ClerkNet, visit the ClerkNet Signup and Logon page to register as a new user. You will receive an email confirmation when your access has been activated. Pursuant to Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC 07-49: In Re: Revised Interim Policy on Electronic Release of Court Records, ClerkNet access is limited to members of the Florida Bar.
